What is BYGO Live?
BYGO Live is a real-time availability and live status platform designed for clinics, salons, garages, restaurants, and walk-in businesses. You get a public link and printable QR code for every service or doctor. One tap toggles your status between Available and Busy, so customers know before they travel.
How much does BYGO Live cost?
BYGO Live is 100% free to start. You can create your business profile, add services, generate printable QR codes, and use the Notify Me waitlist without entering a credit card. An optional Premium plan is available to remove ads for an ultra-clean branded experience.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No app download is required for your customers. Each service page lives at a public web link (e.g. bygolive.web.app/yourname). Anyone scanning your QR code or tapping your link can view live status, operating hours, notes, and contact buttons directly in their mobile browser.
What types of businesses can use BYGO Live?

How does the Notify Me waitlist work?
When you toggle your status to Busy, visitors viewing your public page can tap "Notify Me" and enter their name and phone number or email. You see waiting customers in your app dashboard and can notify them via WhatsApp, SMS, or email with one click the moment you become available.
Is BYGO Live available on iPhone and Android?
BYGO Live is currently live and fully functional on the web at bygolive.web.app with instant real-time updates (no install needed for you or your visitors). Native mobile apps for iPhone (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play) are coming soon, including Home Screen widgets to toggle status in one second.
